Hardware control surface specifically designed for use with NewTek TriCaster™ TCXD850
TriCaster™ TCXD850 CS is a control surface that provides touch control over TriCaster TCXD850 live production and streaming. The back-lit buttons, twist knobs, T-bar and 3-axis joystick are mapped directly to the TriCaster TCXD850 interface and provide a physical connection to system functions and effects.
TriCaster TCXD850 CS is suitable for portable and fixed installation, offering the flexibility needed to take your live productions wherever you go.
Features/Benefits:
One-Button Recording captures your live production at full resolution. This back-li button allows you to easily see the Record function is live.
One-Button Streaming allows you to use Adobe Flash or Microsoft Windows Media to deliver a live stream directly to the web. With the back-lit button it is easy to tell that the Stream function is live.
Virtual Input Rows allow you to create complex switcher effects and assign them as switcher channels. Customize your live production with live virtual sets, picture elements, and more.
Live Virtual Set Controls allow you to select the zoom level for camera shots within TriCaster virtual sets (using proprietary NewTek newtek-liveset-pack technology) and execute an animated zoom at variable speeds with the press of a button.
Positioner Controls include a 3-axis joystick and back-lit buttons that allow you to position, rotate, scale and crop sources in your live production, manually control the virtual zoom, and shuffle or jog the selected media player.
Media Player Controls provide easy access to the five digital media players. Use the back-lit buttons to select from the DDRs, titles bin, still store, and sound player, cycle through presets and manage playback options.
Transition Controls allow you to transition from one source to another, manually or automatically. Cycle through transition styles and speeds and then use the T-bar or back-lit buttons to view the desired source.
Utility Row provides an alternative video stream for use in your live production. Multi-purpose configurations allow you to control TriCaster's auxiliary video output, downstream key elements, and more.
Utility Bus Delegate allows you to designate the switcher layer assignment for the Utility Row, providing added flexibility for your live production.
Program and Preview Rows allow you to select the sources for your active and upcoming video output. Back-lit buttons allow you to easily recognize the sources currently selected.
Software Upgrade
A new update to the TriCaster TCXD850 software will be made available at no charge to all TriCaster TCXD owners. In addition to controls for the the TriCaster TCXD850 CS, the TriCaster TCXD850 Rev. 2 software update brings significant new functionality to the system.
